Let’s say you’re walking up to the deli counter for the first time and aren’t sure what to order. While you can’t go wrong requesting any meat or cheese from Boar’s Head, EverRoast® Chicken is a great place to start your deli education.

That’s especially true when it’s slow-roasted for homestyle flavor and expertly seasoned with a traditional mirepoix of carrots, celery, onions and a medley of spices. It’s a flavor that can be enjoyed in wildly different, equally delicious ways, from a twist on the traditional club sandwich to Mediterranean-inspired chicken pitas. Now let’s dive into a few of the amazing things you can do with Boar’s Head EverRoast® Chicken.

RECIPE

EverRoast® Chicken Club

  1. 1

    Order 1 pound of EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (sandwich cut) and ¼ pound of American Cheese (sliced thin) at the deli counter.

    Toast and spread mayo on slices of artisan bread.

  3. 3

    Assemble each sandwich by layering 3 slices bread, ¼ pound chicken, 2 slices cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice tomato, 2 lettuce leaves, ¼ avocado, and a few pickle chips.

    Secure the sandwich with a toothpick and enjoy!

RECIPE

EverRoast® Chicken & Muenster
Toasted Sandwich

  1. 1

    Pick up ½ pound Boar’s Head EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (sandwich cut) and ¼ pound Boar’s Head Muenster Cheese from the deli counter.

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degree fahrenheit. Place slice baguette on baking sheet and toast for 2-3 minutes. Remove bread from oven and place on flat surface.

    Spread Boar’s Head Bold Fiery Chipotle Gourmaise on top portion of the bread.

    On the bottom portion of the bread, layer in the following order: ¼ cup spinach, 3 tomato slices, 4 slices Boar’s Head EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast and top with 2 slices Boar’s Head Muenster Cheese.

    Press the top portion of the bread on the toppings. Enjoy!

EverRoast® Chicken Pitas with
Tzatziki Greek Yoghurt

  1. 1

    Order 1 pound of EverRoast® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (dinner cut) at the deli.

  2. 2

    Warm 4 pitas and slice in half to form pockets.

  3. 3

    Stuff each pocket with ¼ pound chicken, cucumber, lettuce and onion.

  4. 4

    Top with crumbled feta and Tzatziki. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
